Accuracy over speed

Clear research status
Research-based guides are not presented as hands-on tests. If firsthand testing occurs, the article should state what was actually tested.
Useful trade-offs
Good buying guidance explains who a product suits, important limitations and situations where an alternative may be better.
Corrections and updates
We may update content when product specifications, availability, warranties, policies or other material facts change. Material corrections should be made when an error could affect a reader’s decision.
Commercial relationships
Affiliate links and other material commercial relationships should be disclosed clearly. A commission opportunity should not be used as a reason to invent product experience, suppress a meaningful drawback or make an unsupported claim.
Use of manufacturer information
Specifications and documentation supplied by manufacturers can be useful primary sources for product facts, but marketing claims should not automatically be treated as independent evidence of performance.
Conflicts and sponsored content
If BestGearNest publishes sponsored content in the future, it should be labeled so readers can distinguish it from independently produced editorial content.
